I enjoyed City of Ember too. I like to hear my kids say, I cleaned my room. It doesn't happen a whole lot. But when it does I want to throw a party (no confetti).
I love when they clean their room. I love it when they remember to say they love me when they don't have to, and other little things that let me realize that all the years of mothering were worth it all. Tina Scott

Nice look to your blog.
Sometimes I think my kids tell me that too often. I love that they love to read, I just can't keep up with the list of books I need to read.
City of Ember is a great book that I've actually read!
Love to hear "I love you" or "That was a great dinner, Mom."

I love it when they say "thank you" at the expected times like after dinner and the unexpected times, too.
